1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zcz777 platform, including the website at zcz777.win, the mobile application, and all games and services offered through them. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the zcz777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

You are permitted to hold one active account on the zcz777 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances across them forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real full name, date of birth, contact number and any payment details required to process your transactions. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zcz777 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or inadequately protected your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Accounts must be registered by the person who will use them. Registering an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Login details must not be shared with any other person regardless of the relationship.
• You must notify zcz777 promptly if any of your registered account details change, particularly contact number and payment method information.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on zcz777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum amounts that may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit. zcz777 reserves the right to change deposit limits without prior notice.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to you may be reversed and your account suspended.

• Deposits credited to your account are available for gaming immediately following confirmation from the payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your zcz777 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you will be guided to an alternative approved method.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts and wallets verified as belonging to you. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• zcz777 reserves the right to conduct identity and source of funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You must cooperate with any such request.
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Where zcz777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

zcz777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches or other promotional credits. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are stated at the time of the offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any later point.
• At the player's own request for a self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard processing checks. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, balances may be withheld pending investigation and any bonus-related winnings forfeited.
